General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the customer places an order through the online shop and the seller accepts this order. The order is binding as soon as the customer receives the order confirmation by email.

3. Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days. Shipping costs range from €3.95 to €12.95, depending on the order quantity and delivery address.

4. Terms of payment
Payment is accepted by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, or Klarna. The purchase price is due immediately after ordering.

5. Returns
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of the return email.

6. Liability
No liability is assumed for damages caused by improper use of the products.

7. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
